About Us

Tiamet/Jordan Master Builders are fifth generation Arizonans who have grown along with the Valley of the Sun. We are a family owned and operated business. All of our luxury builds are supervised directly by a partner (not an employee). This means that an owner of our firm is involved in every detail of the homes we build. We don't leave any part of the build to chance. Each home is controlled meticulously by a partner and sub-contractors are supervised at every phase of the construction of our homes. This assures that our homes have only the finest material and craftsmanship in the industry.

To you, the customer, this attention to control and detail means that you can relax and know that we guarantee the sound quality of your home. In addition it means that you always will deal directly with an owner who can answer quickly any concern you may have. Our old fashioned motto is that "we are not happy until our customer is completely happy", and we do everything possible to make that happen.

With backgrounds in design, building, and business, the three managing partners are all ASU graduates with many combined years of experience. Each partner is focused on quality and bringing innovative design for improved living to their homes.

In addition to our family managing partners, Tiamet/Jordan Master Builders has a wondeful office support staff who consistantly strive to help those of us in the field to work most efficiently. They are the reason we are so organized and can meet all promised delivery dates to our customers. The group that we fondly refer to as our "cast and crew" consists of the many licensed, bonded and insured sub-contractors that we employ. Each of these folks is a true craftsman in their chosen field and we literally have worked with these same people for years. We believe our "crew" is the best in the industry.

Our Managing Partners

	Con Jordan has both a commercial and residential general contractors license in the state of Arizona. "Growing up I built forts and playhouses with my cousins. My earliest memory was my Dad and Grandpa flying trusses (by hand). I demand the best from every tradesman because at this level of building it has to be perfect."
	Bill Jordan is old school. "Let's give people more than they expect for an honest price and see how delighted we can make them. After all it is a privilege building for people of this caliber."
	Dave Frasca has many years of building and sales experience. "Location isn't anything it is quite literally EVERYTHING. Paradise Valley and North Scottsdale are beautiful places, to be sure. However some lots are more quiet, private and will retain and grow their value better than others. Tiamet/Jordan Master Builders understands this and does whatever it takes to purchase only the most desirable land on which to build. If you are comparing houses, look first to compare the noise level and privacy of where the house sits. We think buyers deserve secure, family oriented neighborhoods rather than cut-through or busy street locations."
