Architectural Design: Tiamet/Jordan Master Builders (TJMB) works with many of the finest design and architectural firms in the world to bring new and innovative high-end designs to life. To name a few: Chavez Design Group, Jason Lofgreen and Ryan Tsingine. Each of the firms we employ have many years of luxury home drafting experience; together we create innovative state of the art homes that welcome a family to live comfortably and luxuriously inside them.

Location: Typically TJMB builds just four luxury homes per year and this makes our homes unique and rare. We strive to maintain a reputation of extreme high-end luxury. Our locations for extreme luxury home building are the best available on the market. You will only find our homes in high-end, quiet neighborhoods. We leave low end luxury and building on noisy or high traffic lots to others. Some builders buy the least expensive lots; we typically buy the most expensive because we won't build in a location that we wouldn't want to raise our own families.

Quality: High-end materials are always (not sometimes) used. For a list of the differences in our building materials just ask; it is quite extensive. Walk into a TJMB home and you can see and feel the difference.

We never reveal buyers' names or use them in any way for advertising purposes. In fact, once a home is purchased, that home's location is removed from this Web site. Simply put: we never rely on our current clients to attract build-to-suit business for us. We choose to stand on the fact that our quality homes are built in the most desirable locations, with the best floor plans, for a fair and honest price.

In respect and recognition for the extreme high-end buyer who needs complete seclusion, Tiamet/Jordan Master Builders attempts to have one estate compound under construction at all times. Such properties are designed to accommodate the celebrity or client with special privacy or security needs. These properties are built as compounds with multiple dwellings on very large estate acreage. Addresses may be disclosed only by prequalified appointment with this builder or the listing agent.
